I'm considering switching to Continental next year for the reasons you summarize plus a few others. With my new credit card I can get free companion Business Class ticketing on Continental to many select international destinations. They have a broad range of international destinations which suits my needs. And, my colleagues, when flying Continental can choose to collect Continental fly points or Delta points plus Delta Qualifying points. But more in line with your point, Continental seems to have make thier booking, airport and cabin service more simple, more effective, and more customer friendly then either Delta or US Air.
